10/30/2005: "Busy Week"
It says busy week, but I meant to say busy weekend. Now that I think about it though, I didn't do that much.
Friday we went on our own personal ghost rally. Clint, Lindsey, Danny, Julie, Derek, Emily and myself piled into a mini-van and drove around Indiana visiting places that were in this book that Derek had about Indiana ghost stories. It was fun. Only one semi-scary thing happened. We were at some place called spook-light hill and actually saw the lights. Then did the 100 step thing and Hell's Gate. Nothing really happened at either of those places, but it was a little creepy.
Saturday I was able to get my haircut. Then later Stacey called and invited me to a haunted house with her and some friends. We ended up going to tilton (instead of Rantoul like I was earlier promised) but it was still a good time. It was a decent night because I wasn't out all night like the previous night.
Today I changed the oil in my car. Got kinda dirty, but it felt good to do the maintenance on it.
Overall not a bad weekend. My back has been sore lately, and while it had been getting better everyday this past week, it got worse Saturday when I woke up. I sneezed while I was still laying in bed and the sneeze made me jerk that muscle. The pain was intense. I decided that trying to rest it more wasn't going to help. I've been actively stretching my back, and even doing to exercise and it actually feels pretty good right now.
The only thing I wanted to do this weekend and didn't was clean my room. Specifically, put my clean clothes away. The wrinkles that I will have to deal with now this week......
