12/12/2005: "Duck!"

Made my first duck dinner tonight. It was pretty good. Tasted a lot like turkey. I would definitely buy another duckling. My mom made me take a picture of it, but I don't know if I want to show it on here. Its a rather graphic photo of the duckling in the roaster as it finished.
