07/23/2006: "Journey/Def Leppard Rocked!"

Yesterday was concert night. Journey and Def Leppard put on an awesome performance! Journey sounded so good when then came out that I almost had a tear in my eye. Jeff Scott Soto recently took over lead vocals for the band since Steve Augeri is out with some throat thing. I was very impressed by Jeff's performance. Def Leppard put on a great show too, although at the end of the night, I think Journey is the only one that exceeded my expectations.

I haven't talked about Vegas yet. I haven't exactly got my pictures out of my camera and started sorting them to post. I will soon. Vegas was a great trip. I sat for many hours at that roulette table, and had many rum and cokes!

We got to see Blue Man Group while we were there. That was a good performance. The rooms at the Bellagio were amazing! It was certainly worth every penny staying there. I didn't exactly make money while I was there, but I did win $100 back after having lost it. I was doing great at roulette and decided to cash out $100 to save and take back. I played with the remaining $100 or so and had a good time losing it.
