02/01/2007: "One Day, Back In 1957...."

... a truck was born. That truck, through the miracles of eBay.com, has found its way into my ownership!

Yes, the search may be over. I have found a truck. The auction has ended and I was declared the victor. The initial deposit has been made, and I am awaiting delivery.

I saved the pictures from the auction and created a page for them. My idea is to begin rebuilding this truck, and track its progress on my website. You can see the start of that page, with the initial eBay photos here.

I'll give more details on it, including the work required to get it driving around, at a later time.
